Good morning, we are in a calm and safe district of Paris. However, Paris is not known to be a quiet village and you need to be careful at night. There is a washer-dryer in each apartment. We will do our best for the floor but we cannot confirm it.

Is there housekeeping?

Bonjour, We are not a regular hotel, we are offering a "pied-à-terre" experience. Cleaning is made before your arrival and after your departure. We are doing some extra cleaning, the price is different from one category to another. Kind regards.
